How it all started?
In 2009, Response Fire & Electrical Services was founded by Greg Allan, with the aim of ensuring the safety of every household in Australia. To achieve this, he purchased a van and embarked on his mission. Over the years, Greg developed Australia's most exceptional Electrical Health Check, which earned numerous accolades and is still in use today. Through innovative marketing strategies, hard work, and a clear vision, Response grew exponentially in size and capability. Greg's desire to give back to the community and the industry led to his election as the national director and board member of Master Electricians Australia. The company's dedication was recognized when it was awarded the state and national Master Electrician of the Year award in 2017, and it has been the most highly reviewed electrical business in Australia every year since then.
At Response Electricians, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction by ensuring their engagement with our friendly staff, providing high-quality work, and delivering award-winning customer service. The question is, what does this look like to you? For me, it meant being the best electrician I could be whilst essentially having a self-sustaining business so that I could be an amazing dad.
From quickly adapting and being involved in the community, this vision became a reality. Today we have a committed and passionate team set at raising the minimum standard of the electrical industry whilst building a safer community for tenants, landlords and all consumers.
